The purpose of this document is to define the policy of confidentiality of information regarding the responsible use of technology, documents, data, specifications, methods, processes and in general information related to the corporate purpose and the services offered by the company, which is considered CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.

This document describes our policies and expectations regarding the totality of international agents and partners that work with Intramar. However, it does not constitute a commercial contract between parties or guarantees any levels of service.

Our organization’s code sets out behavior guidelines that must be followed by everybody who is contractually linked to our organization. Such guidelines are translated into a series of mandatory parameters that must be met by all managers, employees, associates, and contractors.

In compliance with the Colombian statutory law 1581 of 2012 and the decree 1377 of 2013, this policy is enforced for the protection of personal data, regulating the collection, storage, management, and safeguard of information that is received from clients, employees, providers, and other people, called Owners of the information.

This policy contains the guiding principles and values that the organization promotes aiming to minimize any negative impact on the environment and the community in which it operates.

Intramar has an absolute focus and emphasis on achieving the highest quality in the local, national and international logistics operation, in the handling of goods and cargo, and in the prevention of any kind of events that could interrupt the optimal flow of the Supply Chain.
